Rates & Upgrades: Travelers don’t pay a fee or deposit to work with our affiliates/partners and won’t pay higher rates when working with us. In fact, oftentimes it’s the opposite. Because of our relationships, we have access to rates and upgrades that the average client does not. And all payments will be handled through one single unit “IDCM” 24/7 Access: We are available day or night, before, during and after your trip. In the event of an emergency, a delay or an unexpected disruption, our agents are there to reroute, rebook and get you where you need to be.

No, there is no fee for our vacation planning services as the travel vendors involved recognize our value and compensate us for the gross amount paid (what you would have paid even without our assistance). After we agree on itinerary pace, budget, and arrangements we shall require custom crafting and significant involvement of our vendors' on-location partners, we do request an intent-to-travel deposit to begin the process. This deposit is applied to the reservations that are made on your behalf. and our website is qualified to confirm all your choices by clicking a button to complete your booking process.

Your itinerary as booked by you online either by email request or direct booking on the website, you will be receiving a travel voucher with your specific reservation code as the login, you will also be able to retrieve your information on our sites, many of which offer a wealth of information to help you prepare for the trip ahead.

Travel insurance is available and recommended to protect your travel investment. Many trips, such as tours and cruises, Hotels involve non-refundable funds paid months in advance. Travel insurance protects you from losing this investment. Perhaps even more important is the ‘during travel’ coverage and assistance that comes with the top-flight insurance companies we carry. Trip interruption due to illness or unforeseen circumstances can be very fixable, as we understand that some of things in life are out of anybody's control. Just please always stay in touch with us for clarifications and proofs and we shall keep you safe on this. However; medical care abroad is often not covered by domestic insurance plans. Also, an increasing number of countries require proof of medical insurance for travelers entering the country. HOW DO I CANCELLATION In order to cancel a reservation, a written request must be sent as soon as possible by WhatsApp or email. In the case of cancellations, the following charges will apply: From the date of booking until 21 days before your arrival date, is free of charge. Between 21 and 14 days before your arrival date 10% of the entire tour price will be charged. Between 14 and 07 days before your arrival date, 25% of the entire tour price will be charged. Between 7 and 48 hours before your arrival date, 50% of the entire tour price will be charged. Within 48 hours before your arrival date, 100% of the entire tour price will be charged. Cancellation for Christmas, New Year and Easter Vacations From the date of booking until 30 days before your arrival date, 25% of the entire tour price will be charged. Between 30 and 21 days before your arrival date, 50% of the entire tour price will be charged. Between 21 and 14 days before your arrival date, 75% of the entire tour price will be charged. Below 14 days before your arrival date, 100% of the entire tour price will be charged. NOTE: There are cancellation charges on ALL flights in Oman. If a tour that includes one or more flights is cancelled at any time after flight tickets have been booked, the customer is liable for fees charged by the airline company. Both domestic and international flights are subject to the airlines terms and conditions at the time of the booking. Force Majeure Ideal Destinations Travel & Tours packages offers a very flexible cancellation policy in case the government or the airline issues a travel warning from/to your departure country and/or your destination. In the event of this happening, we will be refunding you the amount paid for the tour package or in some cases your payment will be available as future travel credit and travel voucher that can be used towards any of the destinations, we operate tours in. You have the flexibility to apply this amount towards new travel services booked within 12 months. Reservations will be adjusted to reflect these travel credits automatically. Only the change/cancellation fees will be applied for flights according to the airline’s terms and conditions and bank surcharges applied on the deposit amount paid. Ideal Destinations Travel & Tours prioritize your well-being and safety above all else and for that reason, we have adapted our cancellation policy to reflect our values. Refunds By default, refunds are made using the same method a customer used for payments. No refunds are made in the event of a no-show.
